Town of Jarratt, Virginia - 2024 Candidates and Past Elections

Because someone asked, we decided to provide the overall results from previous election years - not directly in print (it would take WAY too long to go through every individual notion each year) but with links to online resources.  If you are interested in persons that are on the 2024 election ballot, there are dots ⏺ (currently in office) and squares 🟦 (previously in office) beside each person listed from election results wherein said candidates ran for office.  Blank squares ▢ are for those who have not previously run for any office in the Town of Jarratt, Virginia, in the previous years documented.

November 2024

No results available until post-election of this year.  All information in links are on-site overviews of candidates' previous election years and how they stacked up against any opponents during such elections - such information is from the Virginia Elections Database.

Because the Town of Jarratt, Virginia, is a duel county municipality, November elections are tricky - everything has to be calculated in separate counties and then added together for the sum total.  You can thank your state representatives for such notions.
This is as far back as the online records go - there are, however, person(s) currently on the 2024 ballot that may have been on Jarratt Town Council much further back than 2002.  If anyone has information for years past 2002, we would love to see them!  If anyone knows the names of the write-in candidates (when you have a large number of votes that were for persons not on the ballot, someone somewhere must know who they were), I would like to have them recognized in future records.
